I purchased 4 pillows at a Craft Show just before Thanksgiving. When I got them home, 2 had broken zippers. I have tried emailing and calling Vibe and submitted a warranty replacement. All with no response. This is not acceptable customer service and the quality of the pillows are obviously in question since 50% of my purchase was defective!
